Residents' appeals were related to housing issues, as well as housing and communal services. For example, the issue of repairing the roof of multi-storey buildings is one of the most urgent, therefore, the akimat is taking measures to carry out current repairs. Last year, the roof of 24 high–rise buildings was repaired, and this year's plans are to cover another 30 houses. At the same time, it should be borne in mind that according to Article 32 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Housing Relations", owners of apartments and non-residential premises are obliged to take measures to maintain the common property of the condominium object and ensure its safe operation, including ongoing and major repairs. To carry out capital or current repairs of the roof, the work must be provided by the residents of the house, by transferring to the current and accumulative accounts, respectively.
The implementation of the housing renovation program continues. Demolition of emergency housing along Oktyabrskaya and Graftio streets is planned this year. The owners of apartments in dilapidated houses located on the specified streets will be relocated.
Other appeals concerning the provision of housing or land plots from the state fund are resolved as the queue progresses, which, we recall, is automated and eliminates the human factor.
