The meeting of the akim of the city of Konaev Nurlan Kumataev with the residents of districts №3, 4, 5, 8, 10, East, Gulder, 12, 12a, 12b, Arna, Karlygash and Asem-Tas was held in the building of a secondary school-gymnasium (GMG)

During the meeting, which was held in the format of "question and answer", residents raised a large number of topical issues: frequent power outages, road repairs, arrangement of stops, landscaping and organization of quality watering, control over pruning (cutting) of trees, landscaping of courtyard areas, repair of sewage system in the Vostochny and other areas. For the safety of children, some people asked for the installation of "speed bumps" in the yards.

Residents were familiarized with the ongoing work on landscaping by the example of houses 53, 54 and 57 in the 4th district. They also discussed issues of sports and free access to the beach. Residents of the central districts expressed discontent with the address of retail outlets and stores whose employees throw garbage in the containers intended for residents of apartment blocks. The local police service is doing a lot of work to bring residents who leave their garbage in unauthorized places to administrative responsibility.

Based on the experience of the last winter, the residents of the private sector raised the issue of providing the population with solid fuel and the possibility of supplying it to the dead ends in advance. Also, residents of remote neighborhoods of the city asked to consider the possibility of extending the existing bus routes or launching new (additional) trips. Despite the work carried out by the trapping service, the topic of stray animals remains relevant.

Given the new status of the city of Konaev, the citizens ask to pay attention to the work of the bus station, as well as the need to improve the quality of Internet and mobile communications.

A number of appeals were explained to the attendees, and a developed plan of measures to address them was presented. For some specific issues on the spot were given appropriate instructions and set deadlines for their implementation. Each request was put in the protocol on the basis of which the head of the city will personally control their decision.
