Information on the gasification of the city Qonaev 2022

The project cost of the main gas pipeline "Baiserke - Qonaev" is 4.5 billion tenge.

At present, according to the project and the schedule of works from the gas distribution station "Baiserke" to the gas distribution station of the city of Qonaev, the construction of the trunk pipeline is 100% complete.

In addition, according to the project, the length of high pressure gas pipelines - 40484 m, completed - 35984.3 (89 %), medium pressure - 8610 m, completed - 6009 m (70 %), low pressure - 59 520, completed - 42 572 m (71 %).

Technical specifications were issued to 831, including 717 residential buildings, 20 industrial enterprises, 57 retail facilities, entertainment facilities and state institutions, including State Institution "Military Unit 3660 of the National Guard of the Republic of  Kazakhstan", State Institution "Military Unit 3660 of the National Guard of the Republic of Kazakhstan", Nursing Center, club and mosque in the village. Arna, enterprises, TOO "GreenLendAlatau", LLP "IVI Kazakhstan" (noodle factory), LLP "OspanovaDevelopment" (fish farm)

In Qonaev, 126 km of gas distribution networks were built, 50 km of which were put into operation. 3,169 household consumers were connected to gas distribution networks, including: 62 houses (2630 apartments) in microdistricts #3, 5, and Ivushka, and 539 individual houses in microdistricts #8,10,18,20, Gulder, Vostochny, Sputnik. Also natural gas is used by 22 small communal enterprises and the boiler house of Qonaev CCP at the "Kapshagaizhylu" PHV.

Transferred to the use of natural gas as fuel, 13 major industrial enterprises such as: "Mareven Food Tien Shan" LLP, "KASTEEL" LLP "UNION-PERLIT" LLP, "Knauf Gips Kapshagai" LLP, JSC "Alatau Kus" with a total gas consumption of 22000 nm3 / hour.

In 2022 it is planned to complete the construction of high pressure gas pipeline on the street Seyfullina and Kunaeva a total length of 4,500 m, medium pressure gas pipeline in the district 1,2, Ivushka, District 20, Zarechnoye with a total length of 3 km, low pressure gas pipeline in districts № 4, 1, 2 - a total length of 18 km.  

Installation work on the gas network in private sectors According to the project summed up the gas pipeline village Zarechny, Arna Village As of 01.03.2022 For gasification connected: Arna - 80 houses, 39 houses Zarechnoe EE. The tariff for the use of gas approved by the Antimonopoly Committee in 2021 is:

  • for residential consumers, heat and power generating companies, budget organizations - 32.42tg per m3
  • for other consumer groups - 35.88 tenge per m3

Also, to date, provides for the possibility of installment payment for gas connection, through the GU "Department of Employment and Social Programs" Konaev.

In 2020, as part of the state program "Employment Map 2020" SCE "Kapshaagayzhylu" boiler house of the city of Qonaev transferred to gas fuel.

In the remaining neighborhoods № 19-20, Rauan, Karlygash, 12, a, b, Arna and Sputnik in Qonaev. In 2022, the akimat of the city sent a budget request to the Department of Housing and Communal Services of Almaty Region for 102 million.

To date, the city Qonaev after obtaining technical conditions for gasification, connection of individual residences - 41500 thousand tenge, apartment blocks - 94,800 thousand tenge. Also, socially vulnerable populations are considered an opportunity to connect to the gasification in installments for 6 months.

The local executive body is working on the issue of creating a competitive environment for connection to the gas supply. Akimat of the city of Qonaev is carrying out advocacy work among the population on obtaining technical conditions and connection.
