«Rat Deratization and Parasite Disinfestation»

Deratization is carried out for the purpose of destroying rodents and freeing inhabited territories from them in order to keep their numbers at a minimum level that would prevent the wide spread of infectious diseases and significant economic damage. Disinsection of sewer manholes is carried out in order to destroy insects and prevent their spread through sewers. Settlement deratization by continuous type and disinsection of sewer manholes on the territory of Qonaev, for which budgetary funds are allocated, must be carried out in accordance with the requirements of sanitary rules "Sanitary and epidemiological requirements for the organization and conduct of disinfection, disinsection and deratization" approved by Order No. KP DCM 8 (hereinafter - Sanitary Rules) of the Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated August 28, 2018. Organizational and methodological guidance and control over the implementation of deratization and disinfestation activities is carried out by the State Housing and Communal Department, PT, AD and ZhI of Qonaev.

General requirements for potential providers of deratization and pest control services:

Deratization activities on a continuous type of settlement deratization are carried out in one round - spring. The total area for one round of continuous deratization and disinfestation of sewage manholes in the territory of Kapshagai according to Annexes 1-3 to the technical specifications.
Before the start of disinsection measures in Kapshagay, 24 hours before the start of work, the provider of services (hereinafter - the Supplier) is obliged to notify the population through the media.
The supplier must use anticoagulants for solid deratization, insecticides for disinsection, registered and approved for use in the Republic of Kazakhstan and use them strictly in accordance with the instructions for their use (attached to the application certificates, certificate of registration of the drug).
For 1-time treatment rate of ready poison bait in the territory of Qonaev city is set at the rate of 3 kg per 1 ha (but not less than 350 grams of ready poison bait per one household).
The Supplier shall use paraffin briquettes, which are used to kill rodents in a humid environment, at the rate of 4-6 briquettes per sewer manhole, for 1-time deratization of sewer manholes.
For 1-time disinfestation of sewer manholes Supplier should use insecticide at the rate of 500-600 ml of ready-made solution per 1 sewer manhole.
The Supplier shall carry out treatment against rodents and insects within the time limits strictly established by the Housing and Communal Service of Qonaev City (hereinafter referred to as the Customer).
The Customer approves the schedule of deratization, disinsection and map - scheme of the territory subject to deratization, disinsection, made by the Supplier).
Supplier provides rodenticidal effectiveness of rodenticidal work in open areas at a level not lower than 80% (in accordance with the requirements of the Sanitary Regulations), conducts additional rodenticidal treatments on the facts of appeals of the population.
The provider ensures the safety of the conducted deratization services (the poison bait in open areas shall be placed only covertly in places inaccessible to people, pets and birds). Deratization poison bait must have the properties necessary to prevent accidental poisoning of people and pets (painted in bright color).
The anticoagulant and insecticide used by the Supplier according to the parameters, toxicity and hazard classification must not be more toxic than Class 3 moderately hazardous substances.
Supplier provides its own forces and means to solve all organizational and technical issues, the availability of the necessary equipment, transport and clothing for a complete deratization.
The supplier does not allow persons under 18 years of age and pregnant women to perform treatments.
The potential supplier must provide a photo, video report on the work performed in the form of an album.

Special requirements for potential providers of deratization services:

The supplier must have permits (licenses) to carry out this type of work, issued by the authorized state body of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. Availability of specialized vehicles for transportation of disinfectants (lists of vehicles and technical passports) and for transportation of specialists - at least 2 units;
Provide a staffing level of at least 8 persons (disinfectors-deratisators), capable of performing a given amount of work within the specified time frame;
Availability of supporting documents of engaged specialists on training for preventive disinfection (lists of employees, copies of certificates, certificates and protocols of disinfectors to test knowledge of BiOT and PTM, work experience of at least 3 years (disinfection, deratization).

The deadline is June 30, 2022.

Customer:

carry out random control of the performed volume and effectiveness of disinfestation and pest control services.
Pay for the disinfestation and disinsection services after the Supplier submits the acts of completed works, video and photo reports made by the Supplier and signed by the special commission consisting of representatives of the Supplier and the Customer.
