About privatization

In accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 29, 2020 No. 908 "On certain issues of privatization for 2021-2025", the Kapshagai list of privatization includes 4(four) state-owned enterprises and 2(two) limited liability partnerships with 100% state participation.

In particular:

  1. Kapshagay Tynysy LLP-privatization is planned for 2021;
  2. State municipal enterprise on the right of economic management "Akbulak" of the state institution "Apparatus of Akim of Zarechny rural district" - privatization is planned for 2021;
  3. State municipal enterprise on the right of economic management "Kapshagay su arnasy" of the akimat of the city of Kapshagay-privatization is planned for 2022;
  4. State municipal enterprise on the right of economic management "Shengeldi su" of the state institution "Apparatus of Akim of Shengeldi rural district" - privatization is planned for 2022;
  5. Limited Liability Company "Kapshagay turgyn uy" - privatization is planned for 2023;
  6. State municipal enterprise on the right of economic management "Kapshagai Zhylu" of the mayor of the city of Kapshagai-privatization is planned for 2025;

The privatization of these enterprises is carried out in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated August 9, 2011 No. 920 "On Approval of the Rules for the sale of objects of privatization".

The announcement of the sale of the enterprises will be published on the website www.gosreestr.kz. Valuation work is carried out to determine the market price of the sale of enterprises.

To participate in the auction, it is necessary to make a guarantee payment made by an individual or non-state legal entity in the amount of 15% of the initial price of the object of privatization, but not more than 30,000 times the monthly calculation index.

Individuals and non-state legal entities can participate in the auction.

In addition, the property of "Kapchagai Tynysy" LLP and the state municipal enterprise on the right of economic management "Akbulak" of the state institution "Apparatus of the Akim of the Zarechny Rural District", which are included in the privatization list for 2021, is being evaluated.
