The Department of state architectural and construction control of Almaty region conducted 16 unscheduled inspections and issued 10 prescriptions for the THIRD quarter of 2020.
For violation of the requirements of legislation in the field of architectural, urban planning and construction activities, as well as state standards, 178 administrative materials were initiated, of which 58 administrative materials were sent to specialized inter-district administrative and district courts of the region for making a procedural decision. According to article 463 part 1-40 subjects, according to article 319-11 subjects, according to article 462 part 3-4 subjects, according to 312 part 2-3 subjects.
The Department of state architectural and construction control of Almaty region reviewed 120 administrative materials in the amount of 28,448,774 tenge, collected 20,375,906 tenge, which is (71%).
