The Department of state architectural and construction control of Almaty region (hereinafter - the Department) informs the population about the following.
The law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 25, 2019 No. 272-VI ZRK"on amendments and additions to certain legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the provision of public services", introduced a number of changes to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 15, 2013 No. 88-V"on public services". More precisely, the concept of public service regulations was eliminated, and the public service standard became the main document containing all the requirements for the provision of public services, including the characteristics of the process, the form, content and result of the provision, as well as other information, taking into account the specifics of the provision of public services.
Also, 23.01.2020 year on the portal "Open NPA" was posted a draft order of the Minister of industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On approval of rules of rendering of the state services in the sphere of licensing in architecture, urban planning and construction activities and on amendments and additions to some orders of the Minister of national economy of Kazakhstan Republic"for public discussion. In General, the document includes all requirements for the provision of public services, while the main contents of the standard of public services such as the terms of delivery, the list of documents, the type of service (method of receipt) have not changed.
