On implementation of the state program of housing and communal development "Nurly Zher" for 2020-2025
The state program of housing and communal development "Nurly Zher" for 2020-2025 is being implemented in Almaty region. The main task is to provide high-quality and affordable housing to the waiting list of the region. Currently, 51.5 thousand citizens are on the waiting list for housing in the MIO. Housing is provided through the construction of rental and credit housing and the promotion of construction by private developers by bringing engineering and communication infrastructure to the areas of complex development. To implement the tasks set, it is planned to spend 28.7 billion tenge in the region this year (RB-19.4 billion tenge, of which 10.4 is a bond, MB-17.0 billion tenge). In 2020, under the Nurly Zher program, it is planned to introduce 938.8 thousand square meters of housing, including: - at the expense of budget funds 135.3 thousand square meters; - at the expense of private developers 77.3 thousand square meters.; - at the expense of housing and communal services (population) 726.2 thousand sq. m. As of 1 November this year, put 806,7 thousand square meters of housing or 108,6% (at the expense of budgetary funds 60,5 thousand sq. m.). In the current year at the expense of budget funds the construction of 246.2 thousand square meters of housing, or 3 258 apartments (714 dwellings), of which up to the end of the year it is planned to put into operation 376 houses 1 425 apartments with the total area of 135,3 thousand square meters, including: Rental housing - 284 houses for 736 apartments with a total area of 57.9 thousand sq. m. (as of November 1, 45 houses for 290 apartments with an area of 22.0 thousand sq. m. were commissioned.); Credit housing 51 building on 648 apartments with total area of 51.9 per thousand square meters (as of November 1, entered 8 houses with 420 apartments with an area of 31.7 thousand square meters); Communal housing - 41 single-family house with a total area of 25.4 thousand sq. m. (4 dormitories area of 21.3 thousand square meters, as of November 1, entered 4 houses with an area of 0,4 thousand sq. m. and 2 dormitories with an area of 11.3 thousand square meters). In addition, to ensure the waiting list and m & e each year we carry out construction of engineering infrastructure in an average of 6 thousand land plots. For these purposes, about 10.0 billion tenge is allocated annually from the budget. To implement the address of the Head of state on the introduction of a mechanism for subsidizing rent, the regional akimat has currently identified 43 promising areas where it is planned to build more than 2 thousand houses for 119 thousand apartments with a total area of 4.7 million square meters. To date, 10 construction companies are interested in participating in this area. In addition, for the construction of communal housing in rural localities, there are 13.9 thousand land plots for residential housing with an area of 2.5 thousand hectares. 16 potential employers who want to provide housing for 52 employees are ready to take part in this direction. The implementation of the state program of housing and communal development "Nurly Zher" for 2020-2025 is under constant control of the regional akimat.
