So, in order to submit an application, a citizen must log in to the egov portal.kz by means of the electronic digital signature. Then choose the service "Electronic appeals" and order the service online. Then fill in personal information, including postal address, phone number, service name, etc.
You also need to upload scanned copies of documents (you can find out the necessary list in the contact center 1414 or in the section "Standards of public services" on the website gov4c.kz), including a statement with the service recipient's personal signature. In the column "to Whom?" - specify the Branch of NAO "State Corporation" Government for citizens".
At the end of the application, you need to sign the EDS.
