How to get EDS remotely?

Friends! Now you can use EDS to get more than 80% of all public services, and today we will talk about the possibility of obtaining EDS remotely, without visiting the PSC.

📌To do this, you must:

  • Have an original valid identity card or passport of a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
  • Have a phone with the ability to receive SMS messages;
  • Your computer must have a webcam;
  • To install the software NCALayer on your PC.

🔖On the main page of the egov portal.kz click on the "Obtain a digital signature remotely." The system will check for a webcam on your computer. In the pop-up window, click "Allow".

✅To check the registration of your phone number in the database of mobile citizens (BMG), enter your IIN. If the verification is successful, enter the SMS code (one-time password) received from the number 1414;

âš This is a warning! If you have not previously registered with BMG or have not received a one-time password, the system offers to register/re-register you and your phone number.

✅After successful registration in BMG, the system will check the availability of NCALayer SOFTWARE on your computer;

✅Click the "Go to get EDS" button and the remote identification page opens, where you need to enter the phone number registered with BMG and the SMS code. After entering, you need to confirm your identity (create a Digital ID) and click " Start»;

✅You will see a window for adding selfies. Place your face in the center of the screen area and click the photo icon. After adding a selfie, click "Continue" to complete video identification;

✅The video identification window opens, where you need to click "Start". After successful video identification, you need to set a PIN code for further access to your account and click " Set PIN»;

✅Add an identity document by taking a photo of the document, or upload a file and log in to your personal account using your password;

✅Add an email address to the electronic version of the request and select where to store the key, then send a request indicating its location;

✅Next, specify the path to the key storage to save the EDS (select a folder) and click " Open»;
