Today we will tell you about a service that allows citizens to digitize and check the relevance of archived records of all 7 events of the rags (including those committed before 2008): birth, death, marriage, divorce, adoption, establishment of paternity, change of full name.

📌To digitize missing or correct incorrect information it is enough to send scanned copies of documents through the portal eGov.kz.

To do this:

✅On the main page of the portal, find the service " Checking the registration records of individuals»;

✅Then a window opens where you can select the desired type of Assembly record;

✅Fill in the application category and click on the "Search" action»;

✅If the specified parameters have an official record in the civil registry office, fill in all the data requested by the portal;

✅If the provided information is not found in the system, click the "Digitize data" button and fill in the required fields;

✅Upload a scanned copy of the document by clicking the "Upload new file" button»;

✅You confirm the application using an EDS or one-time password.
