How can I book a visit to the PSC via Telegram-bot?

For the convenience of citizens, the number of access points for booking queues in PSC has been increased. Now the customers can book a place at PSC using the Telegram-bot eGovKzBot2.0.

You need to do only 2 steps:

Go to the menu and select "queue Reservation PSC"

To choose region, district and PSC in which you prefer to obtain public services, purpose of visit convenient day and time.

Have good but if you can't book, try to change the time of the visit.

As soon as all the steps are completed, you will receive an SMS 📲with confirmation.
