Residents need to leave the building as much as possible. And if there is no way out of the building, it is necessary to take refuge in a safe place.
Seismic exercises will be held at all health and education facilities of Almaty region within the framework of the Republican command and staff exercise "zher-2023". Its main goal is to prepare the population for earthquakes, teach them a general safety culture, as well as increase the level of readiness of civil protection forces for actions during earthquakes.
