More than 30 thousand benefits related to the birth of a child were issued during the quarantine period

Since the suspension of the PSC in connection with the quarantine, more than 10 thousand expectant mothers have issued social benefits in case of loss of income due to pregnancy and childbirth, as well as more than 20 thousand families have issued online benefits for the birth and care of a child.

The state Corporation "Government for citizens" to provide the population with services that were previously accepted only through PSC, including the registration of so-called "prenatal", receives them through a special service "Electronic appeals" on the portal egov.kz.

Expectant mothers need to log in to the portal egov.kz next, go to the section "Electronic appeals" and attach scanned copies of your ID card, sick leave and Bank account number.

For families who have a child online service for registration of benefits for the birth of a child and care for it is available in the "Child" section of the" Family " portal egov.kz.

It is worth noting that in order to get services on the egov e-government portal.kz must have an electronic digital signature, which can now also be obtained online without coming to the PSC.
