Announcement of the republican contest "Enbek Zholy" in 2023

The Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan announces the start of the republican contest "Enbek Zholy". The competition will determine the best production workers and labor dynasties of Kazakhstan.

The competition "Enbek Zholy" - allows you to identify production workers in order to educate young people in the spirit of respect for work, preservation, multiplication of labor traditions and with the best labor dynasties. The contest under the motto "Enbek – Elmuraty " contributes to increasing the public authority of a person of labor and stimulating productive work.

All employees of the company (regardless of the industry) can take part in the competition.

The competition consists of 3 nominations:

1) "The best labor dynasty" - work experience (the dynasty with the greatest length of service, the greatest number of awards is selected)

Representatives of labor dynasties in organizations of all forms of ownership can take part in the competition.A labor dynasty is a group of employees of one organization who are two or more generations of the same family (one or both spouses with children or Germans), currently engaged in labor activities and have a combined work experience in this organization of at least 20 years. The head of the dynasty is recognized as the representative of the dynasty who began his career first of all.The labor dynasty should actively participate in the public life of the village, district (city, region), promote the professional orientation of young people, promote their profession.

2) " The best young specialist of production " the most active and hardworking worker of production with work experience of no more than 5 years is selected:

3) "The best mentor of working youth" - a highly effective mentor with at least 20 years of experience is selected.

The following documents are submitted for participation in the competition:

application for the competition in any form indicating the nomination:
a copy of the identity card;
a video on the topic of the nomination no more than 1-3 minutes (indicating the place of work and skills at will)

4.Computer presentation (in Microsoft Power,Point format)1-3 minutes about the contestant (work,family, hobbies, hobbies, etc.);

copies of the work record and other documents confirming the work experience of each representative of the labor dynasty or employees, certified by the employer / certificate from the place of work;
a letter of recommendation from an employer or a trade union. If available (copies of the following documents); copies of state or departmental awards, diplomas, letters of appreciation; certificates of advanced training (if available).

The documents for the competition are submitted in the state or Russian languages.

Applications are accepted until June 15, 2023.
