The development of Agriculture, support for entrepreneurs in rural areas are important for both the local population and the state. This is due to the fact that agriculture is the root of the country's economy. In the concept of entrepreneurship development, the concept of financing is parallel. In this regard, the president of the country Kassym-Jomart Tokayev in his address this year: «...After the implementation of anti-crisis measures, in which 6.3 trillion tenge was spent, there was an excess of money in the economy. However, today there are areas where the allocated funds are not yet available. Second-tier banks do not invest in small projects, especially in rural areas. Therefore, it is necessary to activate the potential of microfinance organizations. They work locally. He knows his customers, their business and opportunities." Indeed, one of the main goals of microfinance organizations is to finance the rural population and rural entrepreneurs.
