\uD83D\uDCCEIf the care is provided for a person recognized as incapacitated, the application is submitted from his legal representative with supporting documents;
\uD83D\uDCCEIf a person who has the status of oralman applies, a document on the status is provided;

\uD83D\uDCCDIf a person is incapacitated, then his official representative applies to the PSC.  The presence of a legally capable person when registering the service is mandatory.

⏰The service delivery period is 7 business days, not counting the day of submission of documents.
