Attachment to a polyclinic at the place of residence

From September 15 to November 15, everyone is given the opportunity to attach themselves to clinics of their choice. There are several ways to do this, and today we will tell you about them:

✅Through the portal Egov.kz:
log In to the portal and use the search bar to find the service " Attaching to a medical organization that provides primary health care»;
Request the service online and specify your place of residence;
Choose the clinic and the doctor you will be examined by in the future;
Enter your address and contact details.
 You can view the results of the service in your personal account of the portal.

✅Via Telegram bot:
go to the telegram bot EgovKzBot2. 0;
in the services menu, select the section "healthcare" and " Attach to a medical organization via messenger»;
Specify who you will take the service for (yourself/your child);
Confirm your address information and select a clinic;
Next, the bot will ask you to specify the reason for attachment and the doctor's details;
 After entering all the data, the telegram bot will immediately show the number of your application and the status of the service provided.

✅Through the clinic:
Contact the clinic's registry office with your identity card and documents related to your health. Write an application for attachment to the clinic.
The service delivery period is 1 business day.

☝ ️Important: before registering the service, you should know the full name of the clinic and the full name of the attending physician. When you register, you are automatically disconnected from the previous clinic.
