2) development and development of the project of on-farm land management, implementation of measures for the development of agricultural infrastructure;

3) obligations to comply with the requirements of the land legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including the rules for the rational use of agricultural land, the implementation of indicative indicators for diversifying the structure of sown areas of agricultural crops in accordance with the specialization of the region, compliance with scientifically based agricultural technologies, phytosanitary and quarantine requirements.

Applications for participation in the contest are accepted and registered after thirty calendar days from the date of publication of the notice of the contest, i.e. from February 17, 2026 to March 10, 2026. The scheme of placement of land plots put up for competition can be found on the Internet resource of the local executive body, in the information corners of rural districts and the district state institution "Department of Land Relations".

The list of documents required for participation in the competition for persons engaged in agriculture can be obtained before 10: 00 on March 10, 2026 at the address Almaty region, Kegen district, Kegen village, B. Acceptance of applications for participation in the tender (tender documentation) ends on March 10, 2026 at 18: 30.
