"Health workers who have come to work and live in rural settlements for specialists in the field of conservation, education, social security, culture, sports and the agro-industrial complex, villages, settlements, On Amendments to the Resolution of the Akimat of the Kegensky district of the Almaty region dated January 06, 2025 No. 1 "on the provision of social support measures to civil servants of rural akims districts"

Guided by Articles 31, 37 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Local Public Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", approved by the Order of the Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 6, 2014 No. 72 "On Amendments to the Order of the Ministry of Health, Education, Social Security, Culture, Sports and specialists in the field of agro-industrial complex, villages, in accordance with paragraph 6 of the Rules for the Provision of Social support measures to civil servants of the office of rural District Akims,"the Akimat of the district decides:

  1. To amend the resolution of the Akimat of the Kegensky district of the Almaty region dated January 03, 2024 No. 1 "on the provision of social support measures to specialists in the field of healthcare, education, social security, culture, sports and the agro-industrial complex who arrived to work and live in rural settlements, civil servants of the offices of akims of villages, towns, rural districts".
  2. To reformulate the list of required specialties for the implementation of social support measures for specialists in the field of healthcare, education, social security, culture, sports and the agro-industrial complex, civil servants of the akims of villages, towns, rural districts in Kegen district for 2025 according to Appendix No. 1.
  3. To assign the duties arising from this resolution to the head of the state institution "Department of Economics and Finance" of the Kegeni district Dukembaev Zhomart Serikzhanovich.
  4. Control over the implementation of this resolution is entrusted to the head of the office of the akim of the district,Kanat A. Bektenov.
