According to the registry of state services of the Department of Agriculture of Kegen District, the number of services provided was 4, and the number of paper applications received in 2024 was 80.
In paper form (excluding services provided through the state corporation) — 0;

  1. Replacement of tractor driver-mechanic certificates — 8;
  2. Obtaining a new tractor driver-mechanic certificate — 19;
  3. Registration of tractors and self-propelled chassis, as well as agricultural, meliorative, and road construction machines, and special vehicles with high cross-country ability, and issuing state numbers — 40;
  4. Annual state technical inspection of agricultural machinery — 13;

In the first quarter of 2025, the Department of Agriculture of Kegen District received 59 applications. Among them:

  1. Obtaining a new tractor driver-mechanic certificate — 17;
  2. Registration of tractors and self-propelled chassis, as well as agricultural, meliorative, and road construction machines, and special vehicles with high cross-country ability, and issuing state numbers — 28;
  3. Annual state technical inspection of agricultural machinery — 14;

Based on the results of 2024, there were no complaints from citizens, despite the fact that the deadlines for providing state services were met.
Providing services on time and with quality leads to an increase in the level of citizens' satisfaction with the services, which is the main criterion for evaluating the effectiveness of state services.

Based on the results of 2025, all state services will be provided within the established deadlines, and no complaints have been received from individuals or legal entities.

  1. The report on the provision of state services is accepted for information, and the work on providing state services is recognized as satisfactory.
