On Amending Resolution No. 1 of the Akimat of Kegen District, Almaty Region, dated January 6, 2025"On Measures of Social Support for Specialists Who Have Arrived to Work and Reside in Rural Settlements in the Fields of Healthcare, Education, Social Protection, Culture, Sports, and the Agro-Industrial Complex, as well as Civil Servants of Rural, Settlement, and Village District Akim Offices"

In accordance with Articles 31 and 37 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Local Government and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", as well as Clause 6 of the Rules on Providing Social Support Measures to Specialists Arriving to Work and Reside in Rural Settlements, approved by the Order of the Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 72 dated November 6, 2014, the Akimat of Kegen District RESOLVES:

  1. To introduce amendments to Resolution No. 1 of the Akimat of Kegen District, Almaty Region, dated January 3, 2024, "On Measures of Social Support for Specialists Who Have Arrived to Work and Reside in Rural Settlements in the Fields of Healthcare, Education, Social Protection, Culture, Sports, and the Agro-Industrial Complex, as well as Civil Servants of Rural, Settlement, and Village District Akim Offices".
  2. To revise the list of in-demand specialties for the implementation of social support measures in 2025 for specialists in the above-mentioned sectors in accordance with Appendix No. 1.
  3. To assign the responsibility for executing this resolution to the Head of the State Institution “Department of Economy and Finance of Kegen District” – Zh. Dukembayev.
  4. To assign the oversight of the implementation of this resolution to the Head of the Akim’s Office of the district – A. Shaldibekov.
