Kanat Bozumbayev has visited Kapshagai region

The social problems of the village of Koskudyk will be resolved. This became known during the working visit of the akim of Almaty region Kanat Bozumbayev to the Kapshagai region, - the press service of the akim of Almaty region reports.

The villagers appealed to the akim of the region with a request to solve their pressing problems. According to them, despite the laying of a new water pipeline, there are difficulties with connecting and ensuring uninterrupted water supply. The existing rural school does not have a canteen, a gym in the basement, and primary school students’ study in an adapted building. The situation is the same with the rural feldsher-midwife station, which is located in the former building of the mosque. There is no street lighting in the village, there is a shortage of grazing land, a community center is needed to organize leisure activities for children and youth. Residents also complained about the quality of mobile net, the lack of road repairs.

After listening to all the proposals of the population, Kanat Bozumbayev noted that all issues will be resolved step by step:

- The issue of amendments to the Land Code is being considered in the Parliament. After its acceptance, the lands located in the vicinity of settlements will begin to be returned. On this basis, we will also return pasture lands. I have just visited the feldsher-obstetric station and the school. Both buildings are old. expense of sponsorship or at the expense of the budget. I won’t say that we will solve all problems in one year, because there are many villages like yours, and everyone needs to be given attention. But we will include all problematic issues in the plan for the coming years, - said K. Bozumbaev.

After that, the regional akim visited the pumping station. He instructed to proceed work to provide villagers with high-quality drinking water.

Kanat Bozumbayev also appreciated the local enterprise - a plant for the production of eurobricks. Production capacity - 30 thousand bricks per year. According to the head of Art-Construction LLP Batyrbek Baizhigitov, 9 million bricks were produced this year. The marketing issue has been resolved, there is a shortage of workers.

The development of the agro-industrial potential of the Shengeldy massif requires the reconstruction of irrigation networks and pumping stations. Akim of Kapshagai Nurlan Kumataev spoke about the work done in this direction and future plans.

As the akim of the region emphasized, the right approach is needed in this work:

- We will restore irrigation networks based on new principles, working together with entrepreneurs. At the expense of the budget, we will repair canals only to those farms that use moisture-saving technologies. It is important that farmers actively apply modern agricultural technologies. So that there are no water losses, and the work being carried out is effective, - said Kanat Bozumbayev

The head of the region appreciated the livestock potential of the Kapshagai region by visiting the large agricultural production cooperative "Plemzavod-Almaty", which is part of the "Dinara Group". There are about 5,000 head of breeding cattle of the Angus and Hereford breeds, of which more than 3,300 are breeding stock. The milk yield today is 70 tons per day. The total number of small cattle already reaches about 15 thousand heads, the annual offspring is 95%. The enterprise also specializes in the cultivation of fodder crops. Speaking about problematic issues, the head of this SEC, Bakyt Ataibekov, noted that since September there have been delays in the payment of subsidies. As a matter of urgency, the head of the regional department of agriculture was instructed to look into the situation and find a prompt solution.
