Discussion of the Regional Export Strategy of Almaty Region

On October 12, 2021, at the office of the Regional Development Center of Almaty Region (hereinafter - RDCAR) in Taldykorgan, a meeting was organized for discussion of the Regional Export Strategy of Almaty Region with representatives of the Department of Entrepreneurship and Industrial-Innovative Development of Almaty Region, "QazTrade" JSV and RDCAR, the Chamber entrepreneurs of the Almaty region.

An online meeting was also organized on the Zoom platform of the conference with regional akimats and enterprises of Almaty region.

At the meeting, QazTrade JSV presented the Regional Export Strategy of Almaty Region.

The regional export strategy of Almaty region includes recommendations and proposals for export activities development in the region. Additionally, in order to draw up the above strategy, the Regional Development Center of Almaty Region provided assistance in organizing field meetings with Sintez-KZ Medical Holding LLP, Prio LLP, Green Land Alatau LLP and Tagam Su LLP, where representatives of QazTrade JSV participated.

Additionally, 9 online meetings were held together with QazTrade JSV, which was attended by representatives of 16 enterprises of Almaty region. Within the framework of these meetings, issues were discussed regarding the reduction of administrative barriers to export activities, improvement of incentive measures and support for current and potential exports of Almaty region.
