In accordance with article 26 Of the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 6, 2016 "On legal acts", article 27 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "On local state administration and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the akimat of Almaty region DECIDES:
1. make the following changes to the resolution of the akimat of the Almaty region "On determining the amount of security for the fulfillment of obligations to eliminate the consequences of prospecting per hectare in the Almaty region" dated February 25, 2019 No. 76 (registered in the register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 5066, published on March 19, 2019 in the Reference control Bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan):
the Appendix to the specified resolution to state in new edition according to Appendix to this resolution.
2. State institution "Management of entrepreneurship and industrial-innovative development of Almaty region" in accordance with legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide:
1) state registration of this resolution in the Department of justice of the Almaty region;
2) placement of this resolution on the Internet resource of the akimat of Almaty region after its official publication;
3) within ten working days after the state registration of this resolution, submission to the state legal Department of the akim's office of the Almaty region of information on the implementation of measures provided for in sub-paragraphs 1), 2) and 3) of this paragraph.
3. Control over the implementation of this resolution shall be assigned to the Deputy akim of the region turdaliev S.
4. this resolution shall enter into force from the date of state registration with the judicial authorities and shall enter into force from the date of its first official publication.
