In accordance with articles 27, 37 of the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 23 January 2001 "About local state management and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan" and paragraph 7 of the Regulations establish thresholds retail prices for socially important food products and maximum allowable size of retail prices, approved by order of acting Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan from March 30, 2015 No. 282, order of the acting Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan from 1 August 2018 No. 4 "About modification of the order of the acting Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan from March 30, 2015 № 282 "On approval of rules establishing threshold values of retail prices for socially important food products and maximum allowable size of retail prices", akimat of Almaty region DECIDES:
1. Approve the threshold values of retail prices for socially significant food products for 2020 in the Almaty region in accordance with the Annex to this resolution.
2. State institution "Management of entrepreneurship and industrial-innovative development of Almaty region" in accordance with legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide:
1) state registration of this resolution in the Department of justice of the Almaty region;
2) placement of this resolution on the Internet resource of the akimat of Almaty region after its official publication;
3) within ten working days after the state registration of this resolution, submission to the state legal Department of the akim's office of the Almaty region of information on the implementation of measures provided for in sub-paragraphs 1), 2) and 3) of this paragraph.
3. Control over the implementation of this resolution shall be assigned to the first Deputy akim Of the Almaty region L. M. Turlashov.
