In accordance with article 27 Of the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 6, 2016 "On legal acts", the akimat of Almaty region DECIDES:
1. recognize as invalid some resolutions of the akimat of the Almaty region in accordance with the Annex to this resolution.
2. State institution "Management of entrepreneurship and industrial-innovative development of Almaty region" in accordance with legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide:
1) state registration of this resolution in the Department of justice of the Almaty region;
2) placement of this resolution on the Internet resource of the akimat of Almaty region after its official publication.
3. Control over the implementation of this resolution shall be assigned to the Deputy akim of the Almaty region B. Manzorov.
4. this resolution shall enter into force from the date of state registration with the judicial authorities and shall enter into force ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
