In accordance with Article 27 of the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "on local public administration and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", subparagraph 17-10) of Paragraph 2 of Article 7 of the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 8, 2005 "on state regulation of the development of the agro - industrial complex and rural areas" and "standard rules for the implementation of price stabilization mechanisms for socially important food products" approved by the order of the minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 29, 2019 No. 280 the akimat decides:
1.approve these rules on the implementation of price stabilization mechanisms for socially important food products in Almaty region in accordance with the annex.
2. state institution" Department of entrepreneurship and industrial and innovative development of Almaty region " in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) state registration of this resolution in the Department of Justice of Almaty region;
2) posting this resolution on the internet resource of the akimat of Almaty region after its official publication;
3) within ten working days after the date of state registration of this resolution, submit to the State Legal Department of the Office of the Akim of Almaty region information on the implementation of the measures provided for in subitems 1) and 2) of this paragraph.
3. control over the implementation of this resolution is entrusted to the first deputy akim of Almaty region L. Turlashov.
4.this resolution comes into force from the date of state registration with the judicial authorities and enters into force on the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
