The meeting of the standing commission of the Almaty regional maslikhat “on issues of housing and communal services, construction and architecture, development of transport and logistics infrastructure” was chaired by D. Zharasbayev.
The agenda of the standing commission considered the following issues:
1. The question of the use of funds allocated from the budget for social facilities in the Almaty region in the second quarter;
2. On the ongoing work on improvement, gasification, water supply, sewerage and lighting of roads and streets with electrical networks in the territories of cities and towns of the Almaty region;
3. “Strong regions are the driver of the country’s development” (National Project);
4. On the quality and efficiency of construction and repair work carried out on highways (of republican, local significance) in the region;
5. Development of the passenger transport industry - organization of intraregional, interdistrict and intradistrict routes.
