The Academy of Public Administration under the president of the Republic of Kazakhstan invites all civil servants with 2 years of work experience to enroll in a grant for the 2021-2022 academic year!
The Academy of Public Administration is the only higher educational institution in Kazakhstan that is responsible for the professional development and education of existing civil servants. The work of the Academy is aimed at training personnel of the state apparatus and professional managers.
This year, documents for admission to the Academy of Public Administration will be accepted in the online format in the information system until June 5 www.apa.kz 7 Master's degree programs and 2 doctoral programs:

Applicants to the Academy of Public Administration submit the following documents to the admissions committee::
1. Application;
2. a copy of the Higher Education document;
3. Qazaq RESMI TEST or QAZTEST certificate for knowledge of the state language (not lower than B1);
4. certificate confirming knowledge of a foreign language:
- For graduate students: IELTS or IELTS indicator (not less than 4.0), Toefl PBT (not less than 437) or Toefl IBT (not less than 41), APTIS (not less than B1/4.0).
- For doctoral studies: IELTS or IELTS indicator (not less than 5.5), Toefl PBT (not less than 513) or Toefl IBT (not less than 65), APTIS (not less than B2/5.5).
Applicants who have received a degree in foreign educational organizations where English is the language of instruction are exempt from this requirement.

If applicants do not have the specified certificates in English and business Kazakh when submitting documents in the information system www.apa.kz until March 23, 2021, it is possible to enroll in preparatory pre-sessional courses with passing the APTIS and Qazaq Resmi Test for admission to the Academy of Public Administration.
Pre-sessional courses are effective for admission to the Academy of Public Administration, where you can gain the necessary academic skills and knowledge that will help you integrate into the learning process. The program consists of 3 independent modules necessary for passing competitive selection stages and further training at the Academy:
1.36 academic writing and public speaking courses lasting academic hours;
2. English language courses lasting 72 academic hours;
3. official and business Kazakh language courses last 36 academic hours.
The courses will be held by the teacher in an online format, as well as in the form of videos, where the teaching staff and staff of the Academy and invited lecturers will train. Due to the limited number of places in Pre-sessional courses, applicants will need to pass the entrance test, based on the results of which groups will be formed. Preparatory courses will be available to applicants who have completed online registration in the information system with the conclusion of an electronic contract and registration of a payment receipt.
