The new service will be implemented from September 7, 2020.

The Committee conducted a centralized calculation of the tax on vehicles of individuals for the tax period 2019 through the information system "Integrated database".

For the purpose of calculating the tax on vehicles, information from the vehicle database of the administrative police Committee of the Ministry of internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, obtained as part of the information interaction Between the information System "Integrated database" and The information System "Service center", was used.

At the same time, if incorrect information about vehicles is detected that led to incorrect tax calculation and their prompt correction, the correction service is developed. It allows you to submit an online application for adjustments, including changes to the characteristics of the vehicle, the exclusion of the vehicle from the database due to its alienation, etc.

You can use this service through the "Tax wallet" of the mobile application "e-Salyq", which can be downloaded on the" App Store "and"Play Market".

The application can be submitted in 4 main categories:

1. "the vehicle does not belong to me" – if there is a vehicle in the database that does not belong to the owner.
2. "Correction of vehicle information" – in case of incorrect vehicle characteristics, including incorrect vehicle category, engine capacity, state number, registration date, etc.

3." vehicle is not in the database " – if the vehicle that is owned by the owner is not in the database.

4." vehicle stolen " – if there is a vehicle in the database that is wanted.

Each taxpayer can register in the e-Salyq mobile app and submit an application for adjustment.
