Anti-corruption in the field of entrepreneurship

Business entities in carrying out their activities take measures to prevent corruption, including to minimize the causes and conditions conducive to the commission of corruption offenses, by:

     1) establishment of organizational and legal mechanisms that ensure accountability, controllability and transparency of decision-making procedures;

      2) compliance with the principles of fair competition;

      3) prevention of conflicts of interest;

      4) acceptance and compliance with business ethics;

      5) taking measures to form an anti-corruption culture;

      6) interaction with government bodies and other organizations on the prevention of corruption.

Corruption offense is an unlawful guilty act (action or inaction) with signs of corruption, for which the law establishes administrative or criminal liability;
