Book your queue at the PSC

Friends, we all know that in order to go to the CSC, you need to make a reservation in advance. There are several ways to do this. Today in the section # #short we will talk about all the methods, and you choose the most convenient for you.

1️⃣ 1414.

Dial 1414 from a landline or mobile phone and press "3" (NJSC / PSC operator). After connection, the operator makes a reservation.

2️⃣ through the e-government portal egov.kz (if you have a digital signature).

You need to log in to the portal, click on the "book a visit" button in the right corner of the home page, select the PSC you need and enter your IIN. Then select the desired service, date and time of visit.

3️⃣ Telegram-bot through the application EgovKzBot2.0 (must be registered in the database of mobile citizens).

In the search box, find the bot EgovKzBot2.0 and select "Next booking to the PSC" from the list. The system offers you to choose a convenient CSC, region, district and destination to receive public services. A window will then appear with the date and time of entry. You will receive an SMS-notification about the successful booking of the queue.

4️⃣ Through social networks VKontakte and Facebook (must be registered in the database of mobile citizens).

Find the portal page on the selected social network. Egov.kz and click "write message". Then click "Start" and select "Next booking to PSC" from the main menu. Follow the instructions to select routes and make your next reservation.

Please note that pre-booking is allowed once a day. If an active reservation is available and a new reservation is not possible, it must be reserved.
