Foster care of a child
If you for some reason could not get custody of the child, then try to take it on foster care. Placing a foster home is probably the best solution when other forms of placement of a child in a family are not possible.
Today we will tell you how you can apply online for the service "Transfer of a child (children) to foster care and appointment of payment of funds for the maintenance of a child (children) transferred to foster care". So:
π Log in to the portal Egov.kz;
π Find the service in the "Family" sectionΒ»;
π Request the service online;
π Fill in full information about yourself;
β This is if you are married, you will need to specify IIN a husband (wife). And they, in turn, must confirm their consent using the EDS in their personal account within 10 days.
π Go to the second step and attach an electronic copy of your and your spouse's health certificate (s). Also a scanned copy of the diploma of education;
π Check the box on the portal's request to check information about the presence or absence of information about crimes committed by You, as well as about sending an electronic agreement to your spouse's personal account (s);
π Go to the third step and update the data requested in clause 6 before appearing on the portal. It may take from 3 to 10 days to update and retrieve data;
π After that, go to the fourth step and sign the application using EDS.
π For online registration of this service, you will need scanned copies or electronic versions of the following documents:
π certificate of the applicant's or spouse's health status, confirming the absence of diseases, as well as a certificate of the absence of information about the state registered in drug and psychiatric dispensaries;
π notarized consent of the spouse (s), if the service recipient is married;
π certificate of marriage, if married, in the case of marriage before 2008 or outside the Republic of Kazakhstan;
π If there is no property right to housing, documents confirming the right to use the housing of the service recipient or spouse (s);
π information about the education of a person who wants to become a foster carer.
π an electronic copy of the certificate of education of the child (children) in the organization of education (for school-age children).
π You can find out about the result of the service in your personal account within 10 business days.
