PSCs will resume operation in some regions

By the decision of the emergency management headquarters under the akimats of Nur-Sultan, West Kazakhstan, Karaganda and Mangistau regions, public service centers will resume their work in these regions from may 4.

However, due to the continuing danger of spreading the virus and concern for the life and health of Kazakhstanis, it was decided to change the order of work of the PSC.

The changes will affect both the types of public services provided in PSC, and the format of their provision.

- Now Kazakhstan citizens will be able to get only "paper" services in PSC, which are not available in electronic format and the results of services pre-registered on the portal egov.kz.

- Visiting the PSC will be possible only if the queue is pre-booked by phone number 1414 or through a special service on the portal egov.kz.

This will eliminate the accumulation of citizens in the PSC and the risk of infection, and save time for service recipients. Services will not be provided without an appointment.
