About 6 thousand documents through PSCs were received by residents of Almaty region

During the quarantine period, residents of the region received about 6 thousand ready-made documents through the public service center. The main part of these documents was issued in an online format during quarantine, the other part - before the closing of public service centers.

Recall, since March 26, the work of the public service center in Kazakhstan has been suspended. However, for the issuance of ready-made documents drawn up after the PSC was closed through the egov.kz portal and submitted before quarantine began, the Government for Citizens corporation organized contactless issuing windows that operate in one PSC in each city.

The largest number of documents issued to residents of the city of Taldykorgan, Karasai, Ili and Enbekshikazakh district.

Among them are documents from the registry office, driver’s licenses, ready-made registration certificates and license plates for cars, real estate documents, land, identification cards and passports, etc.

It should be noted that during the state of emergency, Kazakhstanis received about 10.5 million government services in an online format through the electronic government portal egov.kz, the telegram bot eGovKzBot2.0 and the eGovMobile mobile application.

The working hours of the issuing windows are from 9.00 to 17.00 on weekdays and from 9.00 to 14.00 on Saturdays.
