Employees of the emergency response department of the Karasay region carry out raid measures for fire safety

Employees of the Karasay District Emergency Situations Department conduct weekly raids during the heating season. During the raids, they not only distribute reminders and instruct the population on the observance of fire safety rules, but also provide assistance to socially vulnerable segments of the population.

This category includes large and low-income families, pensioners living alone. The personnel of the PCh-9 town of Kaskelen and the employees of the Emergencies Ministry and the Ministry of Defense of the Karasai region take part in the raid activities.

Also, volunteers of MK "Zhas Otan" are involved in this preventive work. It should be noted that the population is sympathetic to these raids and allows employees to enter their homes to inspect stove heating and electrical wiring.

Basically, violations relate to the operation of electrical networks and electrical equipment, as well as violations with the device of stove heating. Emergency personnel give recommendations on how to eliminate these violations.

In most cases, violations are repaired on the spot. It should be noted that in the houses of the private sector, where violations were identified, repeated rounds are carried out. Despite the ongoing preventive work, fires occur, which are caused by non-observance of fire safety rules during the operation of stove heating and the installation of electrical wiring. The OShS of the Karasai district of the Almaty region calls on the population of the region to comply with fire safety rules when operating the furnace, installing electrical wiring and working with combustible materials.
