In accordance with article 27 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 6, 2016 "on legal acts", the akimat of Karasay district DECIDES:
Recognize as invalid the resolution of the akimat of the Karasay district dated December 26, 2019 No. 467 "on approval of the state educational order for preschool education and training, the amount of parental fees for the Karasay district" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 5375, published on January 5, 2020 in the Reference control Bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan).
2. to assign control over the implementation of this resolution to the Deputy akim of the district Aizhan Nazarbayeva.
3. This resolution shall enter into force on the date of state registration with the judicial authorities and shall enter into force on January 1, 2021.
