In accordance with paragraph 1 of article 23 of the constitutional law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 28 September 1995 "On elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan" and paragraph 2 of article 33 of the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 23 January 2001 "About local state management and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", akim of Karasai district DECIDED:
1. To conduct the voting and counting of votes to form in Karasai district electoral areas in accordance with the Annex to this decision.
2. Recognize as invalid the decision of the akim of the Karasay district" on the formation of polling stations for voting and counting in the Karasay district " dated December 13, 2018 No. 7 (registered in the Register of state registration of normative legal acts No. 4958, published on December 25, 2018 in the reference control Bank of normative legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan).
3. control over the implementation of this decision should be assigned to the head of the district akim's office A. A. Auesbay.
4. This decision shall enter into force from the date of state registration with the judicial authorities and shall enter into force ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
