In accordance with paragraphs 4 and 6 of article 28 of the constitutional law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 28, 1995 "on elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan", paragraph 2 of article 31 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "on local state administration and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the akimat of Karasai district DECIDES:
Determine, together with the Karasai district election Commission (by agreement), the places for placement of printed campaign materials of candidates in accordance with Annex 1 to this resolution.
Provide candidates on a contractual basis with premises for meetings with voters in accordance with Annex 2 to this resolution.
To recognize become invalid the decision of akimat of Karasai district "On determining the places for placing campaign materials and providing the candidate's meeting with voters in Karasai district" 27 January 2016 No. 1-187 (registered in the Register of the state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 3696, published on 21 September 2016 in the legal information system "Adilet").
Control over the implementation of this resolution is assigned to the Deputy akim of the district A. N. Nazarbayeva.
This resolution shall enter into force from the date of state registration with the judicial authorities and shall enter into force ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
