In accordance with paragraph 4 of article 106 of the Budget code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 4, 2008, subparagraph 1) paragraph 1 of article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "on local state administration and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", Karasai district maslikhat DECIDED:
1. To amend the decision of the Karasai district maslikhat "On the budgets of cities, rural districts of the Karasai district in 2020-2022 years" from January 9, 2020 No. 51-3 (registered in the Register of the state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 5406, published on 23 January 2020 in the reference control Bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan) following changes:
items 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 of the specified decision to state in the new edition:

2. the App 1, 4, 7, 10, 13, 16, 19, 22, 25, 28, 31 to the specified decision to state in new edition according to appendices 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 to this decision, respectively.
3. control over the implementation of this decision shall be assigned to the permanent Commission of the Karasai district maslikhat "on economy, budget, employment, business development and social infrastructure".
4. This decision is effective from January 1, 2020.
