In accordance with article 31 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "on local state administration and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", subparagraph 3) of paragraph 1 of article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 20, 2017 "on pastures", the akimat of Karasay district DECIDES:
Approve the scheme of pasture turnover in the Karasai district on the basis of a geobotanical survey of pastures in accordance with the Annex to this resolution.
Control over the implementation of this resolution is assigned to the Deputy akim of the district Aymanov K.
This resolution shall enter into force on the day of state registration with the judicial authorities and shall enter into force on the day of its first official publication.
