In accordance with Article 27 of the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 6, 2016" on legal acts", the akimat of Karasay district decides:
1. to recognize as invalid the following resolutions of the Karasay district akimat:
1) on approval of the regulations of the state institution" Office of Akim of Eltay rural district of Karasay district" dated August 25, 2015 No. 8-686 (registered in the Register of state registration of normative legal acts No. 3468, published on October 21, 2015 in the information and legal system "Adilet);
"2)"" on approval of the regulations of the state institution "" Department of land relations of Karasay District ""No. 11-959 dated November 12, 2015 (registered in the Register of state registration of normative legal acts No. 3608, published on January 08, 2016 in the information and legal system ""Adilet"")."
2.control over the implementation of this resolution is entrusted to the head of the state institution "Office of the Akim of Karasay district" A. Auyesbay.
3. from the date of state registration of this resolution with the judicial authorities
it enters into force and enters into force from the date of its first official publication.
