In accordance with paragraph 8 of article 37 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001"on local state administration and self-government" in the Republic of Kazakhstan, article 27 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 6, 2016"on legal acts", the akimat of the Karasai district decided:
Recognize as invalid the decision of the akim of the Karasay district"on the organization and provision of registration of citizens born in 1995 to conscription stations" dated January 23, 2012 No. 1-1 (registered in the Register of state registration of normative legal acts No. 2-11-114, published on March 3, 2012 in the newspaper "Zaman zharshysy").
2. control over the implementation of this decision shall be assigned to the head of the state institution "Office of the akim of the Karasai district" Auesbaya.
This decision shall enter into force on the day of state registration with the judicial authorities and shall enter into force on the day of its first official publication.
