In accordance with paragraph 5 of article 109 of the Budget code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 4, 2008, subparagraph 1) of paragraph 1 of article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "on local state administration and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", Karasai district maslikhat decided TO:
To amend the decision of the Karasai district's maslikhat "About the budget of the Karasai district for the years 2020-2022" from December 27, 2019 No. 50-3 (registered in the Register of the state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 5392, published on 14 January 2020 in the reference control Bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan) following changes:
item 1 of the specified decision to state in the new edition:
"1. To approve the district's budget for the years 2020-2022, according to appendices 1, 2, 3 to the present decision, respectively, including for 2020 in the following amounts:
1) income 42 581 845 thousand tenge, including:
tax revenues 19 317 974 thousand tenge;
non-tax receipts 26,512 thousand tenge;
proceeds from sale of fixed capital 172,696 thousand tenge;
income transfers 23 064 663 thousand tenge, including:
transfers of subordinate bodies of state administration 2 117 679 thousand tenge, including:
budgetary withdrawals 967 606 thousand tenge;
return of unused (underutilized) target transfers 73 thousand tenge;
Receipts of transfers from the budgets of cities of regional significance, villages, settlements, rural districts to compensate for losses of the district (city of regional significance) budget 1,150,000 thousand tenge;
transfers from higher government bodies 20,946,984 thousand tenge, including:
target current transfers 14,489,610 thousand tenge;
targeted transfers for development 6 457 374 thousand tenge;
2) costs 54 514 853 thousand tenge;
3) net budget lending of 236,034 thousand tenge, including:
budget loans 287 973 thousand tenge;
repayment of budget loans 51,939 thousand tenge;
4) balance on operations with financial assets 0 tenge;
5) the deficit (surplus) budget (-) 12 042 169 thousand tenge;
6) financing the deficit (using the surplus) of the budget of 12,169,042 thousand tenge.".
in paragraph 2:
the figures "179,567" should be replaced with the figure "184,431".
2. Annex 1 to the said decision should be revised in accordance with the Annex to this decision.
Control over the implementation of this decision is assigned to the permanent Commission of the Karasai district maslikhat "on economy, budget, employment, business development and social infrastructure".
This decision is effective from January 1, 2020.
