In accordance with article 97 Of the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 16, 1997 "on housing relations", decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 30, 2009 No. 2314 "on approval Of the rules for providing housing assistance", Karasai district maslikhat decided TO:
- Determine the amount and procedure for providing housing assistance to the Karasai district in accordance with the Annex to this decision.
- to assign Control over the implementation of this decision to the permanent Commission of the city maslikhat "on social protection of the population, education, health, culture, language and sports".
- This decision shall enter into force from the date of state registration with the judicial authorities and shall enter into force from the date of its first official publication.
