In accordance with paragraph 8 of article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan from July 8, 2005 "About state regulation of development of agroindustrial complex and rural territories" and the order of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 30 September 2020 No. 72 "On amendments to order of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 6, 2014 № 72 "On approval of Rules of granting of measures of social support to specialists in the field of health, education, social security, culture, sports and agro-industrial complex, who arrived to work and live in rural localities", Karasay district maslikhat DECIDED:
Add to the decision of the Karasay district maslikhat" on providing lifting allowances and social support for the purchase or construction of housing to specialists in the field of health, education, social security, culture, sports and agro-industrial complex who arrived to work and live in rural localities of the Karasay district " dated April 2, 2014 No. 5-28-195 (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 2679, published on may 20, 2014 in the reference control Bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan) the following changes:
the title of the said decision should be set out in the following wording:
"On the provision of lifting allowances and social support for the purchase or construction of housing to specialists in the field of health, education, social security, culture, sports and agro-industrial complex, civil servants of the akims of villages, settlements, rural districts who arrived to work and live in rural localities of the Karasay district»;
paragraph 1 of the said decision should be redrafted:
"1. Provide a lifting allowance and social support for the purchase or construction of housing to specialists in the field of health, education, social security, culture, sports and agro-industrial complex, civil servants of the akims of villages, settlements, rural districts who arrived to work and live in rural localities of the Karasay district.".
Control over the implementation of this decision is assigned to the permanent Commission of the Karasai district maslikhat "on budget, economy, agriculture, entrepreneurship, production, roads and construction".
3. This decision shall enter into force from the date of state registration with the judicial authorities and shall enter into force ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
