In accordance with paragraph 6 of article 529 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 25, 2017 "on taxes and other mandatory payments to the budget (Tax code)", article 31 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "on local state administration and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the akimat of Karasai district DECIDES:
Approve the zoning coefficient taking into account the location of the object of taxation in the Karasai district in accordance with the Annex to this resolution.
State institution "Karasay district financial Department" in accordance with the procedure established by law to provide:
1) state registration of this resolution in the Department of justice of the Almaty region;
2) placement of this resolution on the Internet resource of the akimat of the Karasai district after its official publication.
control over the implementation of this resolution is assigned to the Deputy akim of the district sansyzbayev D. M.
This resolution shall enter into force on the date of state registration with the judicial authorities and shall enter into force on January 1 of the year following the year of its approval.
