About renaming a street Pervomaysky rural district village of Bekbolat

In accordance with subparagraph 4) of article 14 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 8, 1993 "on the administrative and territorial structure of the Republic of Kazakhstan", taking into account the opinion of the population of Pervomaysky rural district and based on the conclusion of the Almaty regional onomastic Commission dated December 24, 2019, the akim of Pervomaysky rural district of Karasay district DECIDED:

1. Rename the name of Deputatskaya street located in the South-West of Bekbolat village to Shanyrak street.
2. Control over execution of the present decision for a leave.
3. This decision shall enter into force from the date of state registration with the judicial authorities and shall enter into force ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
