About the approval of the project (scheme) of zoning of lands, borders of estimated zones and correction coefficients to basic rates of payment for land plots of the city of Kaskelen and rural localities of the Karasay district
In accordance with paragraph 2 of article 8, paragraph 1 of article 11 of the Land code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 20, 2003, the Karasai district maslikhat DECIDED:
- Approve the project (scheme) of land zoning of the Karasai district in accordance with Annex 1 to this decision.
- Approve borders of estimated zones and correction coefficients to basic rates of payment for land plots of the city of Kaskelen and rural localities of the Karasay district according to appendices 2, 3 to this decision.
- control over the implementation of this decision shall be assigned to the permanent Commission of the district maslikhat "on economy, budget, employment, business development and social infrastructure".
- This decision shall enter into force from the date of state registration with the judicial authorities and shall enter into force from the date of its first official publication.
